I was thinking of a trip this weekend trip on the Oswegatchie in the Adirondacks. Looking at the USGS website it shows the river to be pretty low right now.
We are considering a trip from Inlet to High Falls and back.
Is this section navigable in low water or should expect to be dragging my canoe a lot?

Well I found the answer by going. River was low, but quite navigable. Some rocks to get hung up on but I’ve found worse conditions on other rivers.
