Hey all,
I booked a paddle in camp site fo Lake James around July 25th with me and the family (wife two kids 4+6) for one night for some canoe camping. Original plan was to rent a canoe from the Paddys Camprgound and paddle over to the Long Arm campsites. With the extension of Phase II for COVID, I’m looking for a plan B (or Plan A) to rent a canoe and get over to Long Arm.
Is anyone aware of an outfitter that can assist or advice on the best way to rent a canoe and get over there?
The challenge is that I am renting a 30’ class A RV so I cant exactly rent a Canoe from the Outpost (CBS sports) and lug it over. I read benningfield landing might rent canoes but havent been able to confirm.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!
