Best product to deal with heavy oxidation on older Royalex canoe that spent some time stored outside?
Meguiar’s Vinyl Cleaner & Conditioner
I have used Meguiar’s products successfully on Royalex canoes with the same condition. I figured something meant to restore a car’s dashboard, which bakes all day in the sun, might do a nice job with the outer skin of Royalex that’s a little sun baked.
It does a nice job bringing some shine back to a faded Royalex canoe.
Vinyl
Outside layers (both sides) on Royalex is Vinyl, any conditioner for that product will make it look better.
