I just finished reshaping,and reinfircing an entire wood paddle.I now have 2 coats of epoxy on it (except I left the grip bare to oil) and it looks great. Should I put a coat of somthing else on it?

Epoxy is UV sensitive…
…and it will be damaged by sun exposure if you don’t protect it. You should apply several coats of exterior-grade varnish, which contains UV inhibitors. Paint also protects from UV, but you lose the look of the wood.
