Check out the Bic Sup yak. Has attachment points for a seat and foot rests. Probably the best I’ve seen for trying to make a SUP into a kayak.

Dr. Google says Bic is now called Tahe. Guess they figured people who might buy these aren’t the same ones who use really cheap pens!
