I took my new Pongo 120 out yesterday and had a great time. As I was working to load the kayak onto the car the Phase 3 Airpro backrest was pushed in the down position accidentally and now i can’t get it to raise up. I’ve made sure that the strap that one would normally raise and lower the back is loose (in the released position), but the backrest doesn’t want to move … as if its been locked into position somehow. In the down position I can’t fold it forward either to have easy access to the back. Nothing visible seems to be broken… just locked into position. Any ideas on what i might do to fix? Thanks
finally figured it out 
… the back frame of the seat rest had become stuck under the rim of the cockpit (not easily visible) sigh
