Hard to tell what those are, I agree it might be easier to see on darker blue color. I just took delivery of same boat in orange earlier this year but I watched my paddle shop unwrap it from the plastic shipping wrap. Bottom will get scratched for sure but agree it's nice to keep top side nice for a little while anyway.

Agree with guy about trying to hit it with 303 (marine stores) or McNetts UV (REI). Might help to hide surface blemishes.

it wasn’t squished under four boats while transported in a 120degree container. it’s fine and will get 10X those markings in the first outing.
