pool sessions

hmmmm…that means
i have to put my thule rack back on the car this weekend…it’s suppose to be freezing rain and snow-up to 30 inches. plus we still are in winter here and the road salt kills your stuff. but maybe …we’ll see. i will email them also . but good info.- i wouldn’t have thought of that!

Maybe not the boat
People who put on pool sessions often come with some basic WW boats to get people started in. You may be fine with your paddle, PFD, face mask and clothing, and be able to hop into a boat just to get started.

oh no!
Putting the rack up for this is silly! And the rack will rust, get dirty, reduce gas mileage.

Get a boat that fits inside your car. Most playboats do  And, it really is the best excuse to get a new boat.

Marius…I met your friend Cory…
today as I was walking my mutt on some of the back trails of French Creek Reservation a couple hours ago…

I wouldn’t worry about the pool water
I have not noticed any degradation of my neoprene or other pool equipment in well over ten years.

Bring clothes that will keep you warm and allow you to move easily. Some pools are colder than others and there is nothing worse than being chilled every time you roll over. A nose plug and some type of goggles can really take the edge off of the learning process.

those items are already
on my check list…can’t wait to give this a whirl.

thanks.
