That’s a big boat.
It was harder to row than I expected.
Dang, a parrot boat!
Perfect night for paddling on Lake Erie at sunset.
Just wish it were I paddling and not taking the pic.
You might need to zoom up to get a peak at the paddlers.
Dying to paddle this past weekend but the first calm day we had to leave to go to wedding
But wow it was placid. Next time.
It has been a stormy spring.
Shem Creek, Mt. Pleasant, SC.
I thought those were sailboats until I enlarged the photo. That is the bridge over Charleston harbor.
Love seeing the pics from all over … Keep 'em coming!
Morning kayaker in a Vajda on Stony Lake, taken from the houseboat that we rented on the Trent Severn waterway.
I need to find that one on the map!
Access to Ross Lake involves a portage from the lower Diablo Lake to the top of Ross Dam (we paid the Ross Lake Resort to haul us and our kayaks) but if you like clear, swimmable water and spectacular views of snow-capped mountains, it’s an amazing place to paddle. Paddling up the inlets where creeks and rivers flow through gorges into the lake is also incredible.
Parking your kayaks on that slope took some serious work as did launching ?
