Very cool! Growing up on the coast of FL I have seen waterspouts, and fishing in the Gulf have seen them too. I had some old photos I took over 50 years ago. I haven’t seen them in years, or waterspouts either.

It’s a Brown Snake they don’t often get over a foot long.

I know he’s brown, but what kind is he? :crazy_face:
I looked up brown snake and Google says they are Australian and are venomness.
Garter perhaps.

Northern Brown Snake. Secretive small snakes, common but not often seen. Older name was Dekays Snake. Here is a link:
