Thunderstorm over St Pete at the end of my paddle at Emerson Point Preserve in Palmetto FL yesterday, and a rainbow over my floating home from Saturday evening.

Very cool! Growing up on the coast of FL I have seen waterspouts, and fishing in the Gulf have seen them too. I had some old photos I took over 50 years ago. I haven’t seen them in years, or waterspouts either.

It’s a Brown Snake they don’t often get over a foot long.
I know he’s brown, but what kind is he?
I looked up brown snake and Google says they are Australian and are venomness.
Garter perhaps.
