Question about using this web site

Hello to all.

I used an e-mail address to set up my account on this site. The carrier I used was sub-standard and got worse over time so I changed to g-mail, but I still have the old e-mail as the recorded address here. (not used anymore and closed that account with that company ) I want to change it to the new address, but have no idea how to do that. I am NOT cyber wise at all.
Can someone out there tell my how to change my records on this site?

  1. Go to the site home page (this will not work from the forums page)
  2. Log in
  3. On Profile page change email address
  4. Complete email verification process
