RABC permit online

I am having trouble accessing the RABC permit online! When I click on the link it says I need a newer version of pdf. I have the latest version. Has anyone had this same issue and have any guidance? Thanks

It’s possible that Canada has not restarted issuing new permits of renewing existing ones.
