Rack that will fit 2007 Chevy Equinox

I’m looking for a roof rack that will fit a 2007 Chevy Equinox with factory installed tracks on the roof.

I had the weak crossbars that came with the car break during a heavy wind and dang near lost my kayak.

I’ve checked Yakima and Thule’s fit guide on their website and they don’t have anything that will fit.



Does anyone know of any quality model racks or what model Thule or Yakima that will fit my Equinox?

You have factory tracks, and had racks
that didn’t last, but do you have fore-and-aft rails, and are they substantial?
