I’ve got an OK Frenzy which doesn’t track that well in my lake. It’s fun in the bay with waves. Got a grandson now and want to take him out on my lake. Thinking about getting an Old Town Saranac 146. Is there a better choice for a canoe in the $600 price range? Also thinking about replacing my Frenzy with a Heritage Featherlite to knock around my lake on my own. Appreciate any feedback from experienced paddlers.
