I just purchased an old fiberglass C-1 (Phoenix Seewum). The previous owner had installed knee-cups which are a couple inches too far towards the stern for me. Anyone out there know the best way of removing these cups without damaging the hull? I’m also open to any other ideas about how to best outfit the cockpit of this boat for a secure fit.
