Renewing silicone texture to old neoprene gloves

I have an old pair of NRS neoprene gloves that the silicone on the palm is no longer grippy, the palm of the gloves are now somewhat slippery, although the gloves are overall in great condition. Has anyone renewed the grippy texture to the palm of a glove? What product did you use? I wear gloves infrequently, and these gloves are in excellent condition aside from lack of grip on the palm, it would be ashamed to replace them.

In backpacking, some will add silicone lines to their slippery tent floors. You could try that here. I am not sure if some other pattern of application would work.

I see several brands of neoprene cleaner and conditioner for wetsuits on the web, no experience with them though.

What exactly did the original silicone look like, is there a picture somewhere of the palm of a new glove?
