What should I use? 5200? Any prepwork necessary for the poly? For the foam?

(or lexan, I tend to get it confused). Can be found at any hardware store, just requires a reasonably dry surface.
Foam bulkheads in a poly boat will need to have the seal touched up at least once a season because of the tendency of the materials involved to flex and change shape a smidge, even heavy plastic. Twice a season if you find that some water in your bulkheads is real annoying, at least for my last plastic boat. So something like lexel or equivalent that isn’t intended to be a forever fix and is friendly to foam tends to be best.
