I have a beater canoe I am restoring. See F/G post below. I am looking for measurments for adding a thwart for stability and reinforcement. Where should this be placed in conjunction with a yoke. Both being repaired or replaced. It currently has a alum thwart and I wish to dress it up with an ash yoke and thwart.
Any suggestions?
