Wow, sounds like one of the kayakers sure had a “gunproof” roll at just the right time…And here I’ve always thought the only danger of paddling in AZ was maybe running out of water and grounding to a halt in the desert.

My first impression after viewing the suspect’s photo, and reading the article was,
“That guy looks like he is more than a bubble off center, and had forgotten to take his meds”.
