Plain old rinse them with fresh water.
silicon lubricant will work for a bit, but it still will rinse off.

Saltwater regimen includes rinsing off stuff with fresh water. You'll still need to use a bit of lube or zipper wax to keep things running smooth, but the fresh [oops corrected - NOT salt] water rinse should prevent corrosion.
