Anybody know about these paddles and the company? They appear to fit my needs but would like your opinions. They are less than $45.00/each but if you know of another canoe paddle that you feel is better for the price, please let me know.

Sawyer paddles
Not familiar with the glide model, but I have two old Sawyer voyager paddles that have seen 19 years of service. They are not my lightest, prettiest or favorite paddles, but they were a good buy and have held up well.
