Sea kayak rudder controls

Jack LaLanne is dead. Last time I check, we are not.

Nobody escaped aging.

Not even Cher (close, though).

Fortunately I didn’t think like that three years ago when I though my kayak days were over. I’m thrilled that I managed to recover, despite the defective left shoulder. Rather than quiting now, I’m curious how much further I can manage progress. No reason to give up now. I think I can, I think I can, I know I can. Pain is only a signal that something is wrong. Since I know what’s wrong, I don’t worry about the pain.

Any one that believe “they can’t” gets to be right 100% of the time.

Who doesn’t accept the statement “I can’t” also gets to be right, not 100% of the time, but far more often then most believe. And WAY more often then the quitter.
