Looking for hard back canoe seats for my Dolphin Canoe. Any ideas? I have contacted the manufacturer but they do not make a hard back seat… I have seen other canoes which are similar but have a good setup. My dad has a bad back and cannot use this canoe without some quality seats. Thanks!

Sitbacker
This is a strap on (to existing poly web or cane seat) with a padded seat and a metal framed seat back, available from LL Bean (and other sources), cost should hover around $40US. I have one and use it to support my lower back for sit & switch single paddling.
