I am trying to send a private message but don’t know his email address just his paddling.com handle. On the old board there was a link to send a private message to someone who answered your post. I can’t figure out how to do that on the new board. The help page says to list type the recipient without the @ sign. Doesn’t help if I don’t know his email address. If I just enter his PCom handle nothing happens.
Never mind, I got it to work. However, I can’t figure out how to delete this thread. The search “feature” on this board is much less useful than that on the old board. And if there is a help page on this board I sure as hell can’t find it.
Hi Vic. To delete a post, put your cursor anywhere within the block of text, and you’ll see a “gear” appear at the upper right corner. Click on that gear and a menu will appear that has the options of “Edit” and “Delete”.
