These are serious Zip Ties, 200 lb capacity, full 1/4” width, toothed on both sides of the tongue in a V pattern, .075” thick, never seen anything like this on the consumer market st this price. On Amazon the only have one length, 12”.

Suggest keeping an eye on these for long term use. Many of the no name products like this do not last in the outdoors for very long but I have no knowledge of this particular product.
That is what these are made for. They are made of Nylon 66 which is what you ate looking for in outdoor exposure, they are UV resistant and black which you are also looking for. Now are they the best, no. There are better high end commercial ties that have better outdoor resistance but they are much, much more expensive. You are not going to find a better tie at this price in weather exposure or strength.
I have found several uses for these ties where a normal tie would not have worked. They are very useful and handy.
