I picked up a Silva 70p. The installation seems very straight forward but I have one question: The recess on the Baffin p2 is large, such that the plastic mounting plate does not form any type of seal. Water is guaranteed to get behind the compass. I don’t think this is an issue, but I wanted to confirm. Thanks.
