I tracked down rear hatch leak to the tube coming
out of skeg housing in rear hatch. What’s the best
compound/silicone to use for sealing & securing tube
in the brass fitting. Boats a glass aquanaut, thanks
for any input.
Just push the tubing…
…back into the fitting. The fittings are typically designed to grasp the tubing without any need for adhesive/sealant. Typically, they have a plastic collar that pulls out slightly and grabs the tubing.
