Wondering if Skinners Falls on Delaware River is a decent spot to park and play for a day and get some practice paddling, ferrying, eddying and other skills.
Well, lots of people have fun riding through the rapid over and over again as you can fairly easily walk back up. But not what I would think of as a classic park n play wave. And quite a few people ride through upside down, so you have to watch out for them.
