smart track rudder

I am not sure I am explaining this correctly.

I have broken the tip off the slide hing where the rope curves under the rudder

Where can I get a new part. Seems like this should have made out of something stronger than plastic.



Rudder is on a Qcc400x

I don’t own a QCC boat but have talked with Phil and Steve and they really seem to care about their customers. Telephone them, they don’t respond quickly to e-mail. John

Don’t ask for Phil
He is no longer with QCC.

Steve is just as responsive though.



We have thre different QCC’s with the Seal line Smart Track rudders and all three of them have broken at one time or another.

I like the solid foot pegs, but the amount of parts is way to ,mickey mouse as far as I am concerned.

I have become an expert at replacing them!

I think this part should be made of plexaglass

maybe I will take it apart and see if I can make one.
