Has anyone made the short run from Lake Dore ( near Eganville) down the Snake River to Muskrat Lake ( near Cobden) ? I’m trying to determine if the route is open. It looks OK on a map. Any help is appreciated.

THE Snake River?
Just curious in regards to this section of river. Are you referring to THE Snake River out west from Yellowstone to Southern Washington State? Just never heard of these towns because I lived in Idaho Falls ID for several years and paddled the Snake often. Just wondering!

Based on the lakes & towns mentioned. I would recommend posting on myccr.com for information. I checked the route information there & it is not listed. Google suggests that a port of it has been channelized as a farmland drain.
