Not sure if this is what you mean. I’ve used this for emergency repairs on wave skis. It works, does not last forever.
They make epoxy version too
Pretty cool stuff … especially the laminating resin … kicks in amazingly fast.

It’s not what I choose for any permanent work, but I keep a tube in my field repair kit. Works great.
