…has a manual inflation tube. Just use it.

I understand there is some sort of cap that you can install that will limit it to manual operation.

Here is Sospenders web site, check it out. I have two of there pfd’s both manual. one spender type an one waste pack. The auto type inflate form water pressure if you go for a swim. The manual type only inflate when you pull a large tab. After inflation both have a straw to keep them inflated if you are in the water for a long time. Most Fish & Game officers in Florida use this type and they are Coast Guard approved.
