Thought this would be easy, but can’t seem to locate sources for tie downs, anchor points, D rings. Found North Water, but I thought there would be dozens of sources. Am I using the wrong term? I’m looking for relatively small anchors, to secure a bag to the hull between the kayak seat and rear bulkhead; suspect that the web-type, without an actual metal ring, would work just fine, but input would be appreciated.

It’s been awhile, but I think if your kayak is rotomolded, you’ll have to use that 3M 2 part epoxy. If it is composite, then I think you can use a vinyl, round tie-down with D-ring and vinabond. Here is my list of usual suspects, for what it’s worth:
