So…… we were planning to spend a week on the Suwannee starting about 4/11 but were told today not to expect the water levels to drop to a decent place for us to make the trip.
Trying to dig up some options that might work and have a decent water level. I live on Edisto Island SC and we have done the Edisto…. right now it is flooding as well.
I guess it might be that most of the rivers will be just too high and then we might have to look at something coastal but that is not our first choice.
Any ideas out there for a seven day trip …. avoiding most whitewater, some fish would be nice. We can drive to NC, SC, GA and FL without much trouble.

There are all kinds of options for out and back or loop trips.
You can do the outer Islands, inner routes, or a combination of both.
