I saw this recent article on the Speedstroke Gym.

Has anyone out there tried one? What are the main differences between the Speedstroke and the Speedstroke Gym?

He is very accessible, number is on the press release and he answers the phone. I’ve had the original for a while and it’s a great product.

tried the Speedstroke out at the O.R.
trade show in the Confluence booth a few years back. It was awsome, really replicates an accurate kayak paddling stroke I thought. Would love to own one, but can’t make my mind up over the canoe or kayak version. reminds me of the workout from a Concept II indoor rower. I’d recommend one anyday if you have the disposable $$$.
