I wonder how this would perform on canoe and kayak hulls?

a bit apprehensive here
I hope this new material has been thoroughly researched for kitchen use. Other than that it sounds neat. Maybe it’s something that could be applied occasionally to a kayak.

I question whether any clear coating
could provide permanent UV protection to a hull. The 303 folks say that all clear UV screen chemicals are sacrificial, that is, the UV gradually destroys the screening chemical.
