i know that people have been waiting to hear about it....just trying to let anyone interested know that it is being processed through the channels now....
i do not really think that a formal review should go here....there is a review section just for that reason.....
it is already available on a couple of the other sites if someone cannot wait....

Why not? It's much more helpful and useful than a post announcing something people can't actually look at. (It certainly would be more interesting than a lot of other posts.)
(You certainly want to post it in the standard review section. That's the best long term place for it.)
