Talic response

I originally posted a problem I was having with the Kayak Condo on another thread (http://www.paddling.net/message/showThread.html?fid=advice&tid=547900#548174) but I didn’t want this to get lost in Hudson’s rant.

I received an email from Tim at Talic apologizing for the customer service issue I had and offering to send parts to convert my triple into three singles so that I could store the tandems on their sides. Not how I originally wanted to use these, but this is an acceptable solution. I appreciate the email from Tim in which he seemed genuinely concerned that someone wasn’t satisfied with one of his products.

Tim, thanks for restoring my faith in your company.
