Tell Me About Pungos

SIGH…
Puppies…

Pam, we can help amortize your effort…
… in schlepping the Pungo to Del Valle. Cindy would love to try it out as well, so there are at least two paddlers who’d appreciate the extra work involved for you.

Now if we could figure out how to get the Scupper and the Shearwater on the roof as well, you could have your very own “sit-on-top-fest”!

We spent the day picking up last odds and ends for the trip to Baja next Sunday; only hope we can find enough room in the suitcases for all of it.

Really looking forward to seeing everyone again at Del Valle. We’ll check in closer to the date to learn all the whats and whens.

The scupper is sold…
and unfortunately I had to take the hull raisers off, and put the rollers and saddles back on:( I don’t think I can rack two boats. The SOT’s are wide. We’ll figure out some way for Cindy to paddle the pungo:)

I am probably bringing just bringing the avocet to Del Valle. If I bring the shearwater, I won’t bring the avocet (I try to think of myself as a woman with two boats, and one small rec boat for dog paddles:)

I hope you and Cindy have a wonderful time in Baja! I’ll be thinking of the two of you. Del Valle will be here before you know it.

Necky Santa Cruz
WS is in trouble ,check out some of the threads on this. That being the case test out the Necky Santa Cruz. A very seaworth boat which is fast and handles the rough water. Best advice test paddle before you buy. FishHawk
