Has anyone fished/floated this river near Middleville? What the river like? The fishing? Any info would be appreciated.

I’ve never kayaked it, but i have fished it.
Expect trout near the headwaters, and small mouth near the grand.
size 6-3 brown and gold streamers pulled on a fly rod worked great for small mouths on it last time I was there, for more fun about 5-6 feet of 4lb test tied to the streamers hook and run a black/brown size 12 nymph behind and you’ll get even more hits.
