Trading a Vertige for a Zephyr???

I’m considering trading my Esquif Vertige for the Esquif Zephyr and I’m curious if anyone can give me an idea of performance differences?



I like the Vertige, but am sort of outgrowing it. I think of it as big, safe, comfortable, dry, faster than most ww solo canoes, loves to surf, and turns sort of okay but not as fast as my Bell Prodigy X.



Any thoughts on performance differences in the Zephyr, comparatively?

The Zephyr
seems very well received so far. Not too aggressive, but not a slug either. Look over at cboats.net. There are quite a few Zephyr owners over there.
