Tropic II KAYAK

Looking at a 5 yr old 12’ Tropic II Kayak - molded seats but strap in seat cushions gone. Comes with 2 paddles and they are asking $450 - fair price?

I have a sit in APEX I paddled once
without seats then went and spent $35 a piece for ones silmiliar to the picture of the new boat package.

too pricey
I would not pay more than $250 or $300 for that. I doubt the paddles are any great shakes.
