I’m looking forward to Quiet Adventures. It will be the first year I may be able to see all of the presentations (even the one I’m doing). QAS was fortunate in 2020. It ran a bit early on February 29 before the pandemic hit in March. I remember joking about elbow bumps not having a clue where we (meaning everybody) would be going. Rutabaga had it rough with everything blowing up just as they were going to open. A tough but correct decision to shut down.
P.com had a nice mention from Danny Mongo during his presentation about selecting paddles at Virtual Canoecopia today.
It was a very well done presentation and I learned a few new things. He’s doing one on the forward stroke tomorrow, which I definitely will watch.
