Looking for help identifying this canoe…not much info and tough to tell with the one picture. Any ideas?
First thing is to look for a Hull Identification Number (HIN). They are 12 digits long and should be affixed in some permanent way. They can be inside or outside … just about anywhere, really. Boats made after 1972 are supposed to have them.
The hull identification number is usually on the stern of the canoe just below the gunwale on the exterior. Once you find it then go to solocanoes.com and click the Canoes icon and scroll down and there’s a link to an HIN decoder. I hope you let us know what you learn.
