Has anyone done the Marias from Cut Bank or Shelby down? I have a sliding seat rowing wherry which works well in class1 and flatter water, which can be rowed facing the direction of travel when needed for maneuvering. River conditions at early season flow rates would likely be preferable I think. Any thoughts/ experience with this stretch of water?
Google “Beyond a Book Expedition”, they Source to Sea’d from Triple divide peak 3000 miles to the Gulf of Mexico a few years ago. They did that entire section you are inquiring about. See their website for all the great videos and photos of it too.
