I’ve ran across a used Manitou 14 which looks to be in very good condition. All the reviews I’ve read seems positive about this kayak. The kayak is roughly a 2014 model from what I was told. Is $600 a pretty reasonable price? Are there any special quirks about this model I need to be aware of?

I would consider $600 to be a fair deal. I’ve never paddled one, but a family member has one and likes it very much (though they’ve only owned it a couple of months). It looks good on the water and appears to behave well.

Last two digits of serial number is the year. xxxxxxx04 is 2004 model year. On stern of the hull.

Serial shows it to be a 2014 model.
