I’m kidding by the way in case this goes over someone’s head. Its a fun skill that has zero practicality that I just learned today with an instructor at the end of the day to wrap up an 8 hour session. I’m the one filming.

Yes it is Derek’s signature skill. We learned it today from Wayne Horodowich whom I understand was his student. I updated the YouTube video description to give credit this as Derek’s signature move.
