Wilderness Tripping

Does anyone have a suggestion of where 4 of us could spend the night the evening before we set of for an 8 day paddle. We are looking at putting in around the Ash River visitors area. Any other suggestions would be welcomed also

Camp Woodenfrog
Camp Woodenfrog on Kabetogama. It borders Voyageurs NP and is just a very short distance off Highway 53. Contact the Kabetogama visitor center (it is near Ash River).
