I’ve used both in their sheer/ultra sheer formulas and they work well without leaving you greasy.

Rash Guard
As an alternative to sunscreen you can buy a long sleeve rash guard at a surf shop
or long underwear
I find a grey polyester long sleeved lightweight long underwear top works well too.
