Hope you are having a great day now. I bought an old hobie,2002 hobie mirage classic. Never owned a hobie before. what drive is this? V1? I hope the V1 idler in the attached pic fits this drive.
I want to buy V1 idler cable for it. For chain assembly, I only found 1 website that sells v1 chain , but I have never heard of the website before. I plan to buy stainless steel chain and replace broken links if the hobie chain on the drive breaks. For maintenance, I plan to use corrosion x to spray the drive after each use. I am worried about the RUSTED swage on the idler cable.
